Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Property Operations Security professional to join their client's team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of properties while working closely with sub-contractors and remodelers. The ideal candidate will possess a background in security or property management and be committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between properties and sub-contractors, ensuring secure and organized entry and exit.
  • Ensure properties and units are secured, locked, or opened as necessary, overseeing approximately 30 apartments per day.
  • Work on large-scale properties and communities, providing onsite security and support to installers.
  • Escort sub-contractors as they access various properties, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, with no visible tattoos, to represent the company appropriately.
  • Adhere to a schedule that begins at 9:00 AM and concludes before 3:30-4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security or property management is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sub-contractors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to maintaining property security.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with sub-contractors and property management.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday, starting at 9:00 AM and finishing before 3:30-4:00 PM.

The pay range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
